This class is delivered online with limited seats for a highly interactive experience with your instructor.
Get your hands into clay with 10 hours of professional guidance and all of your supplies included. The theme of this fall class is mugs and cups, but feel free to come up with your own ideas!
The first three classes will focus on one clay technique each – pinch pots, coiling, and using soft slabs. In the fourth class you will have the opportunity to combine these techniques.
As fitting with the times, the fifth class will be decided closer to the date. Depending on the covid situation, you will either have the opportunity to come into the studio in small groups to glaze your pieces, or it may be another class of creating, then bringing in your pieces to be glazed by us.
“My daughter and I signed up to take the Clay Practice class with Ramona Gregory. We are both real beginners. We had a lot of fun, and lots of laughs. Ramona was kind and patient. She gave excellent instructions and advice, and we ended up with with a few pieces that we are proudly displaying around the house.” – Heather C.
This class will be delivered using Zoom, which will need to be downloaded in advance (no additional fee for using). You can participate using your mobile, tablet or desktop. Upon registration, you will be emailed instructions on how to connect with the classroom.
*Please note – Our goal is to create a highly interactive classroom environment and be able to give personal feedback to each participant. Therefore we ask that only one person attend a class per registration.
