This three-hour workshop is dedicated to wheel thrown forms. We will review the fundamentals of throwing clay on the wheel, then practice, practice, practice! Guidance and tips to get to the next level of wheel throwing no matter what level you are currently at. This is a one day workshop focusing on technique. If you wish to continue working on your pieces (firing and glazing) that can be done by attending ‘Your Studio’.
No wheel specific experience required, but clay experience, completion of (or enrollment in) a Lupine 4 week class (or equivalent experience) is necessary in order to confidently finish any successful wheel pieces during Your Studio time.
Please note maximum participants in this class is 6 people so you will have a substantial amount of time to ask questions and get individualized help. We have 4 electric wheels and 2 kick wheels and participants will rotate through the different wheels.
