Drawing 2 – Putting it into Perspective

Class Description:
In this class you will develop your drawing skills further by focusing on perspective.
Discover how to use contours, negative space, values and sighting techniques to create accurate representations of 3-D space. We will delve into drawing one and two point perspective working from a photo, but also have fun creating imaginative spaces.

For those that have taken drawing with Tracy in the past, she will be introducing fresh, new exercises for you to continue your practise!

If you want to get more out of the class, homework will be given to aid your home practise, but is completely optional.

This course is based on many techniques from the renowned book “Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain” by Betty Edwards.

“I loved my drawing classes with Tracy. She is always supportive and gentle with suggestions. I am absolutely amazed at how much knowledge I have gained and how my drawings have progressed. The space is perfect and the cookies are always delicious!” – Sheila Lynn Nugent-Smith
