Photography 2 – Bringing Light into the Darkness

Class Description:
Spend those dark winter days searching and finding the light with your manual camera! Join Karen McKinnon for this hands-on photography class to push your skills to the next level. You will have 5 weeks to learn from this master photographer!

Classes will focus on:

• Composition
• Finding good light
• Utilizing your aperture, ISO and shutter speed
• Discovering interesting subjects

This class will be very hands-on… You’ll be spending time outside (bring warm clothes!) as well as in the studio. Each class you’ll take time to go over some of the previous weeks’ images to learn from each other’s successes.

Who this class is for:
Level 2
Focus: Skill Development
Adults only please. This Level 2 class is designed for those who have been introduced to the medium and tools and seeking continued learning and practicing. Skill development will be the focus. These classes are ideal to be taken repeatedly for continued practice.
