Summer is an artist, mother, and adventure seeker. She has been teaching art and yoga for more than a decade, she loves helping children and adults connect to the creative flow that is in all of us. Supporting others in the process of finding their own visual language and exploring their imaginations is something she finds truly energizing. She believes we are all artists and that talent can be found through pursued interest and a belief in ones self.
Summer completed her BFA at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design and has taken classes to further her education through Emily Carr and NODE Centre for Curatorial Studies. She has taught and shown her work in Halifax, Toronto, and Vancouver at various galleries and festivals.
